How to file a claim
- Email with photos and your order ref.
- We diagnose — usually same-day. Most fixes are user-replaceable parts we ship free.
- For frame or motor work, we cover the round-trip and a loaner if it'll be more than 5 days.
What's not covered
Crash damage, water submersion, modifications, racing, theft, and anything caused by skipping the included break-in. We'll still try to help — email us, we usually find a way.
