Use the original packaging. We'll talk you through it if it's gone.

Refund in 5 days
Once we receive and inspect, refund posts within 5 business days.
The fine print (such as it is)
- Bike must be in rideable condition — normal wear is fine, mud is fine, broken frames aren't.
- Accessories must be unused and unopened.
- Custom builds and gift cards are final sale.
- After 30 days, our 2-year warranty kicks in — see the warranty page.
